An ideal size to cook for 150 to 200 persons. Useful to use at kitchens of medium sized restaurants, caterers & large families. High dome shape of the cooker makes it more compatible for pressure canning. The cooker comes with 2 safety valves. Extra 2 valves and an extra rubber gasket is included.
The 6 mm thick body makes the pressure cooker compatible for lifetime usage. Cast aluminum firm handles are permanently attached with the cooker. The pressure cooker is gas stove compatible.
